We have developed a return policy that gives you, as the customer, options. We buy directly from the manufactures and work on a very low margin so we can pass that savings on to you. Aggressive and strategic buying leaves us with a very small margin for error.
DISCOUNT DIRECT RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
7 DAY RESELECTIONS
7 Day Reselection: Furniture purchases come with a 7-day, one time only, re-select option with a 10% re-stocking fee. We will exchange the merchandise, under the conditions that 1) the product is in New Condition with NO damage, rips, tears, or soiling, 2) the exchange must be done through our delivery service to ensure no damage to the product, and 3) you are responsible for a re-delivery fee of $70.00. If the returned merchandise is found not to meet New Condition, additional re-stocking fees will accrue. Exclusions: Adjustable Beds, Closeouts, Floor Models, Special Orders, Mattress Protectors, Bed Sheets and Bed/Decorative Pillows, mattresses (or sets) sold below $599.
90-DAY REST ASSURED POLICY FOR COMFORT EXCHANGE
We understand that sometimes it takes time to find a Mattress that is the right fit for you or your family. That is why all Mattress Sets priced $599.99 or more come with a 90-day Rest Assured Guarantee. It’s important to understand that all Mattresses have an adjustment period. So, all Mattresses must be slept on for a minimum 30-days to qualify for the 90-day rest assured guarantee. Also, you must have purchased and been in use of a GBS Warranty Supreme Mattress Protector, AND the Mattress must be free of tears, rips and have no stains to qualify for the rest assured guarantee. The rest assured guarantee can only be exercised once per Mattress purchase. The Supreme Mattress Protector WILL NOT be refunded.
We guarantee that our products will be free from manufacture defects for 1 year from the date your merchandise is picked up or delivered to you. Manufacture defects must be reported to our Customer Service Department at (425)656-2890 within 1 year of taking possession. A Customer Service Representative will assist you in resolving any warranty issues. A repair technician will evaluate the merchandise. If the repair technician deems the manufacture defect is not repairable, we will replace the defective merchandise. (One time only) If the item is discontinued, we will issue an in-store credit. Merchandise from our Clearance Center, discontinued merchandise or floor stock is sold AS IS and is excluded from the manufacture warranty. Normal wear and tear or customer caused damage/problems is not covered under the manufacture warranty. All service will be provided to the original customer as stated on the original sales invoice only, and must be in our service area. Please inquire with your sales associate at the time of your sale about our extended protection plans. These plans are an extra cost, but can assist with any un-warrantable issues and/or extend the original warranty.
We stand by all the factories that manufacture our merchandise. If you receive your merchandise with any damage it must be reported within 24 hours of your pick it up or the day it is delivered to your home.

Discount Direct strives to make every customer satisfied with their purchase and will work within our policies to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we do not offer cash back on any purchases. Refunds will only be issued when the request is made within 48hrs of the purchase on merchandise that has not been picked up or delivered to the customer’s home. All refunds will be issued to the customer in the form of a check, sent by mail via USPS. Customer will receive the refund within 7-10 business days from the date of the request.
DELIVERY FEE’S POLICY
FREE CURBSIDE SHIPPING: Free Delivery is within 30 miles of our warehouse. (18805 80th Pl. S, Suite A Kent, WA 98032) There will be an additional charge of $2 per mile if it exceeds that distance, not exceeding a total mileage of 60miles.
Free Delivery or No Tax applies to new merchandise purchases only. It does not apply to clearance, on sale or already discounted items.
Free Delivery is based on one trip. If some items purchased are not in stock, it is at your discretion of waiting for all items to be available to have delivery all at once.
No Tax is a way of advertising that you pay only the amount shown on the price tag. Sales tax will be charged, but we discount the price of the item to make the numbers match.
WHITE GLOVE PREMIUM DELIVERY: $89.99 minimum fee for cart totals under $1,000.00. Anything over 1k will be 9% of the subtotal. Delivery addresses outside of the 30-mile radius will be an additional $1 per mile each way.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY: Next day delivery for online orders are not guaranteed for orders placed after 4pm pst.

At Discount Direct Furniture and Mattress Gallery it is our goal to bring the best possible prices to our customers. So, if our competitor offers a lower price on an item we will beat their price by 5%. Price matching cannot be combined with any other Discount Direct promotion.
Qualifications for price match
Discount Direct is selling a sofa for $500, our competitor has an identical sofa for $450, then we will beat their price by 5% making the sofa $427.50, plus any taxes or applicable fees.
